
The Bloomsbury group is a loose collection of writers, artists, and intellectuals that made the Bloomsbury area of London the center of its activities during the first half of the twentieth century. Their work deeply influenced literature, aesthetics, criticism, and economics as well as modern attitudes towards feminism, pacifism, and sexuality (wiki).
